Outlook 2016 a differenza dei suoi predecessori richiede l'utilizzo di AutoDiscover per connettere un server Exchange. Se quindi con i dati d'accesso forniti (indirizzo e-mail, password, username e mail server) non riuscite a connettervi correttamente, dovete aggiungere le seguenti chiavi al registro di Windows:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover]
"ExcludeHttpsAutoDiscoverDomain"=dword:00000001
"ExcludeHttpsRootDomain"=dword:00000001
