During a technical inspection at our MUC1 data center site, it was identified that the starters of the emergency generator are currently not operational. As a result, the generator is currently unavailable as backup power in the event of a failure of the public power supply.

The regular power supply from the public grid remains stable and fully operational. Therefore, there is currently no impact on the power supply to your systems.

Our technical teams are working with the highest priority to resolve the situation. In parallel, we are arranging for a temporary mobile generator to be provided as quickly as possible in order to restore backup power capability until the issue has been fully resolved.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any significant developments as well as the restoration of the full emergency power supply.
