Miami Hardware Node KVM-1: Dual NVMe Failure
Dear Customers,
The hardware node KVM-1 in Miami encountered an issue where two NVMe disks failed in quick succession, which has currently made it impossible to restart the server.
Our technicians are working diligently to restore the OS and VM disks, but all attempts have failed so far due to disk read errors. We are continuing to troubleshoot the issue, and our next update will be provided within the next 10 hours.
If we are unable to bring the VM disks back online, it may be necessary to re-create the VPS and restore the data from backups. We would re-create your VPS and send you new access codes in this case and update the next-due date accordingly.
We understand the critical nature of uptime for your operations, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption this has caused. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your understanding, and we will keep you updated on any further developments.
Sincerely,
Thomas Moroder
